Terms of Service
These Terms apply to every order placed in our online store. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are:

2. Products:
our products are food supplements, not medicines. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and product page before use, do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep the product out of the reach of young children. Not suitable for children. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Minor differences in colour or packaging design may occur.
3. Prices:
all prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is free. The total price is shown at checkout before you place your order; there are no hidden costs.
4. Ordering and contract formation:
add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details and choose a payment method; before placing your order you can review and correct it and read these Terms; you place your order by clicking Pay now (or an equivalent button), which is an order with an obligation to pay; the contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email; if we cannot accept your order (for example an obvious pricing error or unavailability) we inform you and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment:
you can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and processed over an encrypted connection by certified payment providers. We use automated fraud detection and may ask for additional verification in justified cases.
6. Delivery:
orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days; the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation; you receive a tracking number by email once dispatched; we deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless agreed otherwise, and if we fail to do so you may cancel and receive a full refund. 7. Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee:
you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason; for health protection and hygiene reasons this does not apply to sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery; on top of this we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee that also covers opened pouches. 8. Conformity and warranty:
if a product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the law; contact support@getkernly.com with your order number and photos where possible.
9. Complaints:
send complaints to support@getkernly.com; we confirm receipt within 48 hours on working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days; if we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the consumer authority in your country or the European Consumer Centre network.
10. Liability:
our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation, for example in case of intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
11. Personal data:
we process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law:
these Terms are governed by Dutch law; consumers living in another EU country keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence; the version of these Terms in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Last updated: October 2026.
